Operations Manager

Salary Range:  $80,000 - $100,000 year

Job Duties

· Actively pursue and execute strategic operational objectives

·Oversee the management of operational activities.

· Maintain Constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Manage staff development.

· Work closely with the general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.

· Customer Relationship Management & Conflict Resolution.

· Ensures that assigned workflow is being achieved and that tasks and milestones are being reached on time or ahead of schedule.

· Work closely with personnel and clients to develop a successful team atmosphere.

· Successfully manage multiple projects and teams, understanding and effectively interfacing with multiple clients and their respective teams.

· Review, monitor, and improve existing processes and interaction with clients and teams. Maximizing efficiencies and productivity.

· Work closely with team members to ensure proper methods, strategy and approach with projects and clients.

· Assist with estimating and customer service as needed.· Leader of our Quality Control with customers.

· Serves as back up to HR for hiring and Disciplinary actions.

· Serves as back up for processing payroll, works closely with payroll to submit payroll changes and reviews each payroll before submission.

· Helps assist in department recruiting, interviewing, & hiring process. 

Job Skills & Qualifications 

· At least 10 years of proven experience in any combination of construction operations, general contracting, or roofing industry.

· Ability to manage and oversee multiple simultaneous complex projects.

· Experience in data analysis, benchmarking research, exploring creative solutions, leading change management efforts, and fostering collaboration.

· Strong time management, organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.

· Ability to independently manage a dynamic portfolio initiative.

· Superior verbal and written communication skills.· Strong MS Excel, process mapping, presentation, and office skills.

· Knowledge of higher education administration processes, practices, and systems preferred.

· Effective written and oral communication.· High School diploma/GED· Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.

· Must be detailed oriented.

· Highly personable, with ability to quickly build relationships.

· 10 years Roof/construction experience.
