Job Title: Appointment Setter

Job Description:
We are a fast-growing solar company based in Clovis, CA and we are seeking an experienced appointment setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with potential customers who are interested in switching to solar energy.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone, email or other means to introduce our solar products and services
Schedule appointments with potential customers and maintain an accurate calendar of appointments
Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and identifying their needs and interests
Provide accurate and detailed information about our solar products and services
Follow up with potential customers after initial contact to answer any questions or concerns they may have
Collaborate with sales team to ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and communicated
Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting quotas
You will approach residential homes in a door-to-door setting. The positive outcome of these interactions is a set appointment. As an appointment setter, you will work to convert as many cold leads into interested customers as possible.
As you canvas local neighborhoods for Solar Leads, you will explain the value of solar energy as a more-affordable alternative for expensive Natural Gas to new people every day.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting or telemarketing
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of solar industry is a plus, but not required
