Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team! You serve as a face-to-face contact for our customers and sell merchandise to walk-in customers. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you are known as a product expert, so you will also learn about the wide variety of products and services our clients offer and how to assist customers with their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by set deadlines

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the buying experience of consumers 

• Stay up-to-date on any sales specials that may be happening

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• A high school diploma or equivalent
