We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic group of promotional marketing and sales professionals. The Brand Ambassador serves as a trusted liaison on promoting brand awareness and creating a repeat customer base for our clients. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for achieving preset sales objectives and delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all customers.
Duties of the Brand Ambassador:
Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in-store sales.
Communicate information and answer questions about our product.
Ensure client information is maintained in a thorough, accurate, and accessible manner.
Identify and understand competitors in the market to ensure an easy comparison for potential consumers.
Provide a high level of quality and ensure standards and client expectations.
Qualifications of the Brand Ambassador:
High School Diploma or GED
Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic
Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Reliable transportation
