We’re seeking a pleasant, outgoing customer service representative that can help our customers with products. We are currently growing our operation in Greeley, Colorado and looking for representative who are ready to build a career. We are looking for associates who display strong communication skills and have a positive goal-oriented attitude to join our team.
Customer Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attending training seminars to expand product knowledge and improve customer service abilities.
- Assist customers in finding what they are looking for and determining which product best suits their needs.
- Identifying the requirements of the consumer.
- Contacting consumers to provide information.
- Customer service is second to none.
- As needed, perform other responsibilities.
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- A high school diploma, a GED, or an appropriate equivalent is required.
- No experience needed
- Successful completion of the training offered.
- Handle order transactions
- Friendly and professional demeanor
