As the CEO of Absolute Fleet Washing, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the company and drive its growth in the truck washing Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability for the company.
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business development.
- Oversee financial management and reporting for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Launch and optimize additional divisions of our company such as chemical and equipment sales, environmental services, and industrial cleaning.
- Identify new markets for expansion and facilitate the acquisition of similar companies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence within the organization.
- Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders and deliver a strong financial return on investment to investors.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving high growth in a similar industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Experience in technology and innovation, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve its goals.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
