Local, established Contracting Company is looking for entrepreneurial minded professionals in the Dallas metroplex. Every year, hundreds of thousands of properties in the DFW area file insurance claims due to damage caused by hail, wind and tornadoes. There is a need for intelligent, motivated individuals that are able to help property owners navigate this process. Self-guided individuals create financial freedom for themselves while helping their community rebuild from inclement weather.
Current Sales Associates are making over $10k+ each month!

DO YOU QUALIFY?
Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
Must be able to learn and explain the steps of the restoration process to homeowners and business owners.
Must have a driver's license, auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
Must be able to climb on a ladder to perform inspections.
Training is available. Self-paced online training introduces you to industry concepts. In person training continues as you create a pipeline of clients and prospective clients.
Weekly team huddles help increase your project knowledge while building relationships with teammates.
Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired, but not necessary.
Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others.
Must be energetic, social and have a great attitude.
This job is 100% commission; weekly draws and monthly bonuses are available.
