Marketing Event Coordinator

We help by providing marketing and customer service to our client's main customer base. We handle promotional events, brand representation, and direct marketing efforts to generate new sales. The Marketing Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing events that support our company's and client's objectives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in independent and team work, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of our brand, products, and services.
• Work with all departments to ensure events run smoothly. 
• Engage face-to-face with customers and educate them about our clients' brand and products within top retailers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions customers may have.
• Communicate with team members and upper-level management.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate teams to improve our clients' products and services.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

This is an entry-level position, so experience in sales, event coordination, or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All Marketing Event Coordinators go through hands-on training with our core leadership team.
