Job Duties
- Create well-written work orders from from inbound telephone calls and email tickets
- Oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments for Service Technicians
- Write purchase orders and order equipment from suppliers
- Update Service Technician schedules to optimize productivity
- Build rapport with customers and ensure they receive exceptional service
- Resolve customer concerns through proactive collaboration with team members
- Maintain customer accounts, retrieve customer information and update work order status withing our field service management software
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer relationship management acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High proficiency with computer skills, and eager to learn new software
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC
- Experience in service based businesses
- Experience dispatching technicians, emergency response professionals or other service providers
