The Job to Be Done
This is a position of trust. If you wish to build and lead a team, develop customer accounts, and manage the operations of up 5 to 10 technicians, you’ve met the right opportunity. ColdTech seeks an energetic, self-motivated, solutions oriented leader who enjoys “the build” phase of a business. You will be responsible for all aspects of the [Phoenix Area] including:
Customer sales and relationship management
Collaboration with Dispatch to optimize work order assignments to the technicians
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper invoicing and timely collections
Approve timesheets for payroll processing
Providing routine reports to the General Manager.

Previous management and leadership experience

Supervisory Responsibility
This position is responsible for supervising a team of service technicians
Work Environment
This job operates in construction environments, hot kitchens, cold refrigeration units, and extreme outdoor conditions
Physical Demands
Must be capable of lifting heavy equipment over 50lbs, operating and climb ladders, and working on feet the majority of a work day.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am to 6pm Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Capable of out-of-town travel for Division and Company meetings
Required Education, Experience and Credentials
5-10 years of HVACR commercial service
5-10 years of HVACR team management, or similar leadership experience
Current OSHA 30 and EPA
Work Authorization Security Clearance
Employee must have a valid Driver’s License, SS Card or Passport, and be eligible to work in the United States
