To be a successful Painter Apprentice, a candidate must be dependable, knowledgeable, and professional.
Painter Apprentices Duties & Responsibilities
- Be trainable and able to take instruction from a lead painter or project manager.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Correctly handle paint and ensure proper air ventilation.
- Wear appropriate painting uniforms.
- Wear all protective gear.
- Protect the home with proper prepping techniques.
- Properly clean up after every painting job.
- Properly dispose of any painting materials.
Painter Apprentice Requirements
- Valid Non-restricted Drivers License
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to hold a paintbrush for continual hours
- No fear of heights
