Project Manager

Some of your daily tasks would be to greet customers, effectively manage projects and accomplish project objectives within the budget and time allotment, potentially adding on to an existing project through add-on sales and  ensuring customer satisfaction and positive reviews

As a good Project Manager, you should meet customers’ expectations, and special requests and always be polite and helpful toward them. Smile and kindness go a long way in this job! Project Manager Responsibilities

• Confirming all details with clients prior to project start date
• Ordering all materials as needed and coordinating delivery to job-sites
• Maintaining a balanced budget on each project
• Performing Kick off, mid and final Project Inspections 
• providing daily project updates to clients
• Training, developing and building relationships with our crews who perform the work
• Serving as the customer service liaison between crew and clients
• Recruit and develop new crews
• Presenting finished project to homeowner and collecting payment
• Growing a territory through leads, referrals and positive online reviews 

Requirements for Project Manager

  • GED Required. BA/BS is preferred
  • Project management experience in residential/commercial painting a plus
  • Experience with and understanding CRM's and Spreadsheets
  • Ability to Work Mon – Friday 8 am to 6 pm and Most Saturdays During Peak Season May-October
