Retail Staff

Our Retail Staff will formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links between our clients and their customers within a retail environment. We specialize in developing retail marketing campaigns designed to introduce new products into the marketplace through our contracts with several different national retailers. A high level of customer service and product knowledge, in combination with top tier clients, and the ability for upward mobility is guaranteed.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and retain pertinent product knowledge for our brands
• Follow retail partners guidelines
• Execute campaign setups, maintenance, and breakdowns
• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to apply constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
• Must love working with people
