Entry Level Account Executive

Account Executives are one of the most important roles to ensure profit-building, long-term relationships with our client in the local market. The Account Executives main responsibility is to foster relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience. This position will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have skills, passion and experience in sales and customer service, and will be consumer-centric and result-oriented. This is labeled as an Entry Level position until the Account Executive has proven the ability to retain brand knowledge, prove team management is a strength and demonstrate initiative on a daily basis. Internal growth is guaranteed as our market share is rising daily within our prestigious clientele.

Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities

• Create detailed sales business plans and teach / execute / manage via a team of people if necessary
• Set and manage sales goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle for the team within the territory
• Assist in finding prospects and leads
• Identify new sales opportunities 
• Build strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell
• Provide customer support when needed
• Learn new product and services features and benefits
• Provide professional after-sales support 
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
