As a Lawn Maintenance team member, your main roll is assisting other lawn maintenance team members in completing weekly scheduled customers lawns. We strive on providing the best outdoor solutions. This includes leaving no shortcuts to quality service. Additional rolls for a Lawn Maintenance team member are as follows:
Rolls:
- Complete scheduled customers properties weekly. 4 Day work week, Weather Dependent.
- Operate zero turn mowers while striping lawns and not creating ruts.
- Operate weed whips, Backpack blowers safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail, making sure the property is always looking its best.
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Positive customer service skills.
- Have or be willing to get a DOT medical card.
- Drive a truck & 20' Trailer.
- Connect a trailer up correctly.
- Complete scheduled clients' properties 4 days a week with the highest of quality.
- Time management
- Complete basic mechanical maintenance to Equipment.
- Provide customer service to clients and neighbors.
- Snow plowing experience is an added bonus.
