Lead Lawn Care Technician:

As a Lead Lawn Care Technician your main roll is solve problems to a lawn under distress. We strive on providing the best outdoor solutions. This includes leaving no shortcuts to quality service. Additional rolls as a Lead Lawn Care Technician are as follows:
- Attention to detail, making sure the property is always looking its best.
- Drive a truck & 20' Trailer.
- Connect a trailer up correctly.
- Complete scheduled clients' properties 4 days a week with the highest of quality.
- Time management
- Manage a crew of 1-3 team members.
- Complete basic mechanical maintenance to Equipment.
- Provide customer service to clients and neighbors.
- Operate zero turn mowers while striping lawns and not creating ruts.
- Snow plowing experience is an added bonus.
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Positive customer service skills.
- Have or be willing to get a DOT medical card.
- Pass Pesticide applicators test to be able to assist on applications.
- Experience is required for this role.
