Retail Sales Professional - Apple / Samsung

Our Retail Sales Professionals are highly trained Apple / Samsung specialists who are committed to delivering the ultimate in-store buying experience to our Fort Myers customers. Their extensive Wireless product knowledge and guidance give our customers the confidence they need to make the switch to AT&T and upgrade their devices.

Responsibilities:

• With determination, approach customers and go to work assessing their Wireless needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them.
• Every question that's raised is an opportunity for you to build trust, educate your customer and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential AT&T sale.
• When it's time to make the sale, you're an expert at finding just the right plan for your customer and then making sure they're primed for success throughout the customer onboarding process.
• We'll also count on you to support your team, keep the store looking its best and make sure your product knowledge is up to speed.

Compensation: Guaranteed hourly wage PLUS uncapped sales commission AND performance bonuses allow for unlimited earning potential.

Minimum Qualifications: Previous sales experience, is strongly preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
