As a Product Specialist, you would be responsible for providing account management, account sales, customer retention, and customer service experience that is intended to improve the profitability of our clients.

Product Specialist Responsibilities:

• Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions

Product Specialist Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of customer service experience preferred (WE OFFER TRAINING)
• Sales experience is a plus
