Promotions Manager Trainee

Premier 3 Inc. is currently accepting applications from individuals with experience working in customer service and customer relations to work as part of our team. The Entry Level Promotions Manager Trainee should be a candidate that is outgoing, personable, and comfortable working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction, customer acquisitions within a retail environment and professional development.

As a Promotions Manager Trainee, you would be responsible for providing a customer service experience within a retail setting, generating leads for in-store promotional campaigns, and retail sales that areintended to improve the profitability of our clients and retail partners.

Position Responsibilities:

• Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs.
• Communicate well with customers.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Work within a retail environment to interact with customers.
• An ability to analyze a situation and problem-solve.

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
