Entry Level Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will partner with the senior management team to create a highly productive environment where customers have a fantastic experience. The Account Manager will meet regularly with management, recommend different product options to consumers, and enhance our organizations’ growth through positive engagements with clients and consumers. The Account Manager will also help in increasing sales, developing excellent customer rapport, and ensuring compliance with policies and established practices for our clients. 

 Duties of a Account Manager:

• • Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals. 

• • Provide excellent customer service, including face-to-face sales. 

• • Speaking with customers while logging information, following different processes, and navigating multiple tools.

• • Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers 

• • Seeks opportunities to grow our clients’ business and increase customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications Requirements of a Account Manager:

• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred 

• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively 

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills 

• Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face-to-face environment 

• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
