The Role:

          As an AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will build a total solution for our loyal and valued customers to meet or exceed your monthly sales objectives. You will work with a portfolio of products that include wireless, wearables, tablets, accessories and device protection.

Job Requirements:

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family or business.
• Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Cooperate with your fellow Retail Sales Consultants to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
• Excel in selling all of AT&T's products and services

Minimum Qualifications:

• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
• Must be able to pass background.
