Lead Generator
The In-Store Sales Associate for Residential HVAC role takes place at your local Lowes and Home Depot in DE, MD and Southeastern PA. You will greet homeowners whom are shopping to help design and install new HVAC systems. Previous HVAC experience is not required as we provide extensive training and support. This is a consultative sales position that helps our customers select the most appropriate systems to meet their individual and/or family needs.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer HVAC requirements and present suitable options by selling comfort solutions, not equipment.
- Create accurate and complete proposals using our best-in-class fully integrated software – seamlessly convey the equipment requirements to the customer and to our installation teams.
- Consummate follow-up to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales ability in previous roles.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking.
- Ability to learn and utilize industry specific software.
- HVAC experience preferred but not required.
