As a Retail Brand Representative, no two days are exactly the same. A very people-oriented position, the Retail Brand Representative position includes speaking with customers face-to-face daily in our retail stores, connecting them with the best products and services for them and their families, and maintaining the highest customer service standards throughout the entire sales process. We’re huge on relationships, meaning the Retail Brand Representative is key in ensuring superior brand representation for our clients and creating a memorable customer experience.

Core Responsibilities of the Retail Brand Representative:

• Work alongside a team to understand client expectations, establish sales goals, and network on strategies for success
• Connect face-to-face with customers, new and existing, to discuss the latest products and promotional offers available to them
• Maintain a solutions-oriented mentality and troubleshooting with customers, ensuring a seamless customer service experience that builds lasting brand relationships

Qualifications for the Retail Brand Representative:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Previous work experience in hospitality, sales, and/or retail preferred
• Ability to connect with others both independently or in a team-setting
• Strong communication skills with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
