Entry Level - Manager Trainee

We are looking to fill the position of Manager Trainee on our team. In this role, you’ll be interacting with a team to promote superior customer service, provide the ultimate client experience, and setting sales goals for the company at large. The Manager Trainee will receive extensive training and development on being a leader, promoting sales, and encompassing the company culture.

Duties of a Manager Trainee:

• Being able to problem solve and make quick decisions
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals with team
• Providing positive client experience
• Build and maintain relationships between representatives and clients
• Delegate tasks as necessary from upper management

Qualifications for Manager Trainee:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred (1-2 years)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others
• Passionate about people and working in a team
• Ability to be coached
• Goal-oriented, motivated
