Responsibilities:
Assess each customer's needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Provide customers with friendly, helpful service
Ensure the client and its brand are represented in a positive light at all times by maintaining a neat, clean appearance
Participate in training and professional development
Foster a positive working relationship with team members
Maintain product knowledge
Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
Communicate with clients in Spanish or other local languages or refer them to a capable member of the team
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
Working collaboratively with other members of a customer service team and providing support
Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
