Overview of Position
We are looking for a face-to-face Sales and Marketing Representative to provide first-class customer service and generate consumer leads for our top clients. This Entry-Level position will be exposed to the dynamics of management strategies, leadership development, and operations knowledge. You will interact and handle customer needs directly while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to lead and manage a team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through daily training
Manage daily promotional setups and tear-downs
Provide a world-class experience to all existing and potential customers
Inspire positivity, growth, and dedication within the team, and show up every day with the right mindset for success
Provide friendly and personalized service to each of our client's customers, promoting the right solutions and brands for each individual's needs

Paid Weekly; compensation includes an hourly base pay against uncapped commissions

Job Requirements:
1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience
Ability to lead and develop team members
Ability to perform Account Retention
Excellent verbal and written communication
Multi-task and react well under pressure
Identify and resolves problems promptly
Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team
Balances team and individual responsibilities and helps build a positive team spirit
