Junior Account Manager Overview:

We are looking for 3 individuals to help our sales teams by managing our client’s customer accounts directly. You will handle the needs of the customers by promoting materials to ensure our client’s needs are met. You will be responsible for ensuring customer retention, and satisfaction, all while maintaining the sales quotas of our client. This role is a face-to-face position, not a remote position. We ensure our employees have ample opportunities to grow within our company. We do offer professional development opportunities as well as a mentoring program. We carefully select mentors for each individual employee based on their own personal goals and motivating factors. This is to ensure the success of each individual employee, therefore ensuring the success of our company and most importantly, our clients.

Junior Account Manager Requirements:

• Experience with customer service (minimum of 2 years)
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while speaking with customers
• Having a competitive nature is a plus
• Ability to maintain and build relationships with customers and clients
