Brand Promotions Associate

Millennial Network is dedicated to providing effective results for our clients by creating and implementing field marketing and sales campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition for our client's products and services. 

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Team as Brand Promotion Associates and act as one of the primary front-facing leads. The essential function of the Brand Promotion Associate is to meet with prospective customers, educate them on products and services, assist in account sign-up, and manage the new and existing accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Brand Promotion Associates:

• Assist in finalizing sales and managing the customers throughout the account set-up process face-to-face at partner retail locations
• Focusing on creating brand awareness by executing promotional marketing campaigns at partner retail locations
• Attending client product training sessions both in the office and virtually
• Understanding and staying up to date with our current client promotions and brand
• Professionally representing and promoting our clients to increase brand awareness

Brand Promotion Associates Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in customer services, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communications skills
• Comfortability in a fast-paced, performance-based position
• Outgoing personality that enjoys talking to people
• Positive and upbeat personality
• Reliable transportation
