AT&T Retail Sales Associate

The AT&T Retail Sales Associate enjoys a fast-paced and high-energy environment. You are the connection between the customer and our client's brand. You equip people with the wireless products they need and ensure they get the customer service they deserve.

Duties:

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public.

• Continue increasing knowledge of telecommunications products and services.

• Observing sales rep's selling process, teaching best practices, and ensuring delivery of top-tier customer service.

• Manage store inventory, new product shipments, customer returns, trade-in devices, demo device management, store supplies.

• Patiently explores customer needs regarding their experience with thoughtful questions and support with service activations, equipment replacement, and selling accessories.
