Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Specialist who will provide professional services while delivering an excellent customer experience. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will describe our client's products, merchandise, and services and assist our management team with sales, customer service, and client acquisitions.

Responsibilities include:

• Confidently interacting with consumers in retail-based promotional settings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition
• Providing outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone
• Maintain up to date knowledge on client brands to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Recommend merchandise based on individual requirement

Qualifications:

• Experience providing outstanding customer service and growing customer satisfaction
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work comfortably and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
