Customer Enrollment Specialist

Gold Millennial is looking to fill a position as a Customer Enrollment Specialist. Our expanding client portfolio has us oversee our accounts, consistently increase revenue, and develop overall growth in team performance.

As the brand's face, Customer Enrollment Specialists\ will acquire a strong familiarity with the company's products, mission, and values to communicate them to customers. You will greet guests, provide the brand’s general product information, and meet goals in this role. Customer Enrollment Specialist must represent our clients in a positive light while consistently providing exceptional guest service in person!

What You'll Do

• Engage and educate customers to make a fantastic shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing our company's strategies.
• Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to consumers.
• Provide outstanding Customer Service and tailor client knowledge to each customer.
