A bit about the right person:

  • Growth through ads means something to you, and you have 1-3 years of professional paid ad experience.
  • You know all the tactics surrounding SEM, marketing databases, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • You're a creative with experience in identifying buyers, understanding what makes them tick, and building the funnels that make them customers.
  • You build and optimize landing pages and funnels in your sleep (figuratively).
  • You know all the latest software tools and have even helped some of them with their growth marketing. 
  • You know how to brainstorm ideas, experiment, iterate, and track results. 
  • Can show successful paid ad campaigns from ideation to actual CPA.
  • Can demonstrate a campaign you hypothesized and executed and what the outcomes were.

Key Responsibilities of our Paid Ads Specialist:

  • Day-to-day management of all paid advertising campaigns including campaign creation, optimization, creative testing, etc..
  • Identify the best advertising tactics to implement in order to help improve performance, increase efficiency, and lead quality.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to the leadership team.
  • Manage ad spend to ensure campaigns stay on budget while hitting performance targets.
  • Provide guidance for campaign content creation including ads, landing pages, etc..
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop, test, and iterate funnels for campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide updates and ensure they are kept apprised of all developments, including deals and offers made during campaigns.
  • Perform QA and implement tracking for all campaigns.
