Karin’s Services is looking for an In-house Shop Mechanic to handle basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment such as Trucks, Snowplows, heavy equipment, and other small engines. We are looking for a person with at least 2 + years of experience in these areas of service. This can be a full-time position or part- time. It's Monday through Friday, that has some overnight work based on weather conditions during the winter months. Karin’s Services offers competitive pay and work based bonusses.- Knowledge of simple maintenance of checking and changing of fluids, tires, hydraulics, air filters, etc.- Diagnostic of ongoing issues- Proactive maintenance to keep equipment running- Understanding of small engines, water pressures, leaf blowers, snow blowers.- Understanding of hydraulics on snowplows, and pumps.- An ability to interpret issues and problem solve.
