Sales Recruiting Coordinator

Role Requirements:

- At least 2 years of previous administrative experience REQUIRED.

- MUST COME TO INTERVIEW WITH CORE VALUES (below in bold) MEMORIZED.

- Must pass applicable Training if hired.

- Full-time weekly time commitment.

- Previous Sales experience preferred.

Compensation:

• $17-20 hourly rate
• Yearly bonuses based on performance.
• Revenue-share with Brite Solar and Brite Home Warranties.
• Periodic Incentives

Role Responsibilities:

• Vet and schedule eligible applicant leads for Sales Positions 
• Send and follow-up on invitations to our video interviewing platform.
• Be a timely and responsible liaison between the Recruiter and the Recruit.
• Assist in the onboarding process.
• Provide regular follow-up to new recruits up until their orientation date.
