Senior Sales Recruiter

Role Requirements:

- At least 5 years of previous, combined Sales and/or Recruiting REQUIRED.

- MUST COME TO INTERVIEW WITH CORE VALUES (below in bold) MEMORIZED.

- Must pass applicable Sales Recruiting Training if hired.

- 50 Hour + weekly time commitment.

- Previous D2D Sales experience preferred.

Compensation:

• $30,000 yearly base salary
• Bi-weekly Commissions based on performance.
• Revenue-share with Brite Solar and Brite Home Warranties.
• Incentives such as swag, trips, seminars, and even vehicles.
• Quick promotions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Vet and schedule eligible applicant leads for Sales Positions 
• Perform screenings and interviews to determine the candidate's fit with the org
• Assist in the onboarding processes as applicable
• Provide regular follow-up to new recruits up until their orientation date.
