Position Overview: We are growing and expanding and in need of a Service Technician for our busy Home Improvement Co. in Salem, MA
Since 1982, A&A Services, a family owned and operated business, has been serving the North Shore area in Roofing, Siding, Windows, and Doors. The company is growing, expanding, and seeking a motivated Part Time person to help in the Production Department with small repairs and measuring windows and doors. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in the field of windows, doors, and carpentry, have superior listening, written, and verbal skills and the willingness to truly help people solve their problems.

DUTIES
• Repair vinyl windows
• Replace glass in vinyl windows
• Vinyl siding repairs
• Carpentry repairs
• Measure windows, doors & storm products to order
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be proficient in measuring windows & doors
• Comfortable on ladders
• Must be organized
• Must be comfortable calling/communicating with customers, setting up service calls and delivering service with a smile!
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Knowledgeable in installation of windows, entry & storm doors and gutters; aluminum trim coverings a plus
