Schedule:
Monday - Friday between the of 7:30am and 4:30pm, 9 hour shift to include a 1 hour lunch break.
No Holidays/No Weekends/No Call
Job Specific Details and Tasks:
• Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook, ect).
• Establishes and maintains good interpersonal relationships with co-workers, peers, customers, and other health care team member.
• Serves and participates in committees, functions, and other meetings as directed.
• Excellent oral communication skills.• Excellent written communication skills.
• Provides administrative support for any program that is overseen by the Education and Training (E/T) department. To include: life support (CPR, BLS, ALS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS), nursing competency program, competency assessment folders, and hospital orientation.
• Provides data collection, analysis, and report preparation for E/T programs in accordance with local policy.
• Assist Military Training Program Administrator with document compliance for the Non- Clinical Training Programs, as directed.
• Ensures E/T program compliance in accordance with Air Force Instruction and The Joint Commission standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: BSN Degree.
* Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience; hospital based education program experience preferred.
* Licensure: Possess current unrestricted RN License from any state.
* Life Support Certification: Possess current ARC or AHA BLS certify
