Dental Assistant Part Time

Dental Assistant Position Part Time (PT).  The Candidate must have previous Dental Assistant experience to be considered for this role.

Dental Assistant Job Description:

• · Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• · Set up and breakdown operatories
• · Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments
• · Take X-rays and Intra-Oral photos
• · Digital scanning and sending of lab cases
• · Impressions, pour up models,
• · Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene protocols to maintain oral health
• Stays positive in all situations
• Goes above and beyond
• Makes crown temps
• Pre-heats patients and set the doctor operatory for success

Dental Assistant Job Requirements:

• · X-ray certified
• · Comfortable fabricating quality temporaries
• · Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
• · Excellent patient care and communication skills
• · Team player
• · Reliable
