Diamond Rock Concrete Restoration is an outstanding Concrete Polishing and Concrete Floor
Restoration company built on trust, reliability and genuine care. We provide a variety of other
concrete flooring solutions such as Cementitious Overlayment & Underlayment, Epoxy Coating Systems,
and Concrete Restoration. We are a well-respected industrial, commercial and retail flooring
contractor specialized in Polished Concrete floor surfaces with over 15+ years of experience in the
industry.
We are in search of skilled workers who will collaborate and be team player, follow instructions
and are safety focused and deadline driven. Experience in working on relevant flooring projects and
using polishing equipment is essential, but not required. You will perform a variety of tasks
involving manual labor. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.
You must be results driven, composed and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
The successful candidate(s) must demonstrate to be a self-starter with a high level of professional
integrity, have initiative, a strong competitive drive and have a good work ethic.

• Pay rate of $17-$30/Hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Polish Concrete using professional grinding machines
• Install Epoxy, Urethane and Hard Surface Flooring Systems Using Various Processes
• Hand Grinding, Chip and Patch for detail prep work
• Proper use of Equipment and Materials
• Measure proper amounts of Epoxies and Overlayment material at a fast pace
• Concrete Repairs/Restoration
• Perform numerous types of manual labor
• Conduct job inspection upon completion to ensure job meets specifications
• Ensure all materials will be stored in a neat, orderly fashion
• Assess issues, develop and implement action to resolve them
• Ensure all equipment is accounted for and stored in neat, orderly manner
• Professional and respectful communication
• Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Input timely hours via company time-clock app
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Safety:
• Always practice safe work habits and follows strict safety guidelines and compliance
• Adheres to job and machine specific safety protocols
• Communicates safety concerns/needs with the site safety
Key Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Demonstrates dependability, accountability, and initiative
• Be able to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in with mechanical polishing and hand grinding polishing
• Must be available to work nights and weekends and some holidays (when necessary)
• Must be available to travel out of town (when necessary)
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
Physical Demands:
• Requires strenuous physical work including heavy lifting, working on hands/knees, pushing, or
pulling objects and being in dusty conditions is common
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
