Indigo Burger Team Member Job Description

Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and policies of Indigo Burger.
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the Indigo Burger team.
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
Communicates information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary.
Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in team member morale/ performance; providing feedback by communicating to the store manager.
Provides high-quality service, product, and attentiveness to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
Follows Indigo Burger’s all operational policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that Indigo Burger Team members can work efficiently.
Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas
Other duties as assigned.
