Member Services Manager

Our company is looking for a Member Services Manager to join our team. You will be working directly with our automobile dealership members.

Overview

We are a business association that supports the independent automobile dealers of Arizona. Our dealers come in every shape and size you can imagine. They are a fun and entertaining crew and they love leaning on us for support.

We receive queries from our membership, at an often times frantic pace. You must be able to pivot in response, switching gears as necessary. Queries will come in by phone, email and in person. Our members look to us as, most often, as their only source of reliable information as they navigate the trials and tribulations of an Arizona auto dealer. As time goes on, you will know you are successful when our dealers seeks you out as the goto for the help they need to succeed. Our goal is to either answer their question or to find someone that can.

You will work with our Executive Director to provide this level of support to our members. You will demonstrate an ability to handle a wide variety of queries and tasks, allowing the director more time to focus on more strategic initiatives. Together, you will be growing value for our membership and in turn growing the number of dealers that look to the Association for support.

Our Work is Meaningful

Most people don't get the opportunity to change lives the way we do. We work with our members to help them navigate waters they are unable to navigate on their own. Our support helps them not only stay in business, but thrive in the industry. We guide dealers in their pursuit to best serve their customers transportation needs and earn their repeat business.

A Message from our Executive Director

"At no time in my life did I imagine myself being the director of a used car dealer association. I always thought used car dealers to be how the movies and jokes portray them. I quickly learned how wrong I was. Our dealers are every day Americans just working to create a life for themselves, their families, their employees and their employees families. I've been in the corporate world for 40 years and this is the first time I've worked in a position in which I get to help so many people in such a substantial way, every day. As Member Service Manager, this is what you will be doing. Helping our dealers achieve their dreams."
