Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance
• Caregiving: 1 year experience
• Clean Background Check
• Covid Vaccination (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR/FA Certification
• Fingerprint Card
• Negative Tuberculosis Test
