AT&T Entry-Level Sales Consultant

Essential Job Duties:
- Greet customers and ensure they feel valued
- Learn and sell all of AT&T’s products and services
- Identify customer needs, make suggestions, and offer personalized solutions
- Show professionalism and enthusiasm by working as a team
- Recognize potential theft/ loss situations to deter theft
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1 or more years of accredited college study preferred
- Must be 18 years old with proper age-related verification and other employment eligibility documents as required
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a team
- Ability to work under time constraints, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Full time reps must be able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Customer service and communication skills
- Positive, outgoing, and persuasive personality
Compensation & Benefits:
- Our full time consultants earn an average of $500 to $800 per week (base plus bonuses)
