We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for executing the best customer service by helping them to the best of your knowledge and respecting their needs! You must stay updated with new promotions services, complete sales goals, and create relationships with customers, clients, and team members. The Retail Sales Associate will receive comprehensive training on team building, educating customers on products, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets while respecting the needs of customers
- Resolving customers’ concerns
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, customers, and fellow team members
- Being up to date with our products and services to better assist customers
- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual speakers. (English and Spanish) PREFERRED
