Associate Dentist

Lagrange Family Dentistry is looking for a dental associate to join our growing practice! This is a wonderful opportunity for a full time or part time long-term career. We are a Three doctor practice with two locations. Dr. Bontrager and Matthew Bontrager own the practices together as a husband and wife team. Percentage of Net Production: In addition to salary you would be eligible for a percentage of net production in addition to your daily guarantee. The performance from previous provider has been $360,000 based off 30% net production. 

Responsibilities

• Botox, tongue tie release, and Invisalign knowledge and skill a plus
• Complete a thorough assessment and diagnosis of the patient’s systematic health, teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues
• Compassion: Some patients will be in pain or stressed out, you will need to be compassionate to their needs,  patient comfort is our top priority.
• Document and educate patient on any abnormalities or suspected conditions
• Performing surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Creating treatment plans to maintain or restore the oral health of their patients
• Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
