Primary Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member:
Answer questions, respond to special requests, and describe product features.
Create product awareness for various wireless products to generate a repeat customer base.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales for our clients.
Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.
Qualificationsof the AT&T Team Member:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
