AT&T Retail Associate

Tri-State Marketing is an outsourced marketing firm specializing in direct marketing and new customer acquisition. We currently represent nationally recognized companies in mobility and technology, such as AT&T, Apple, Samsung, and DirectTV! Due to our quickly expanding market, we are looking to hire an entry-level Retail Associate.

Roles within our office allow employees to work in multiple areas such as promotional sales, customer service, and leadership, allowing for the exploration of strengths. While no experience is required, having a background in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial. This role is designed to help build strong professionals who wish to expand, learn, and lead within a welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities of the Retail Associate:

• Provide customers with exceptional service in various retail settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Increase brand awareness for our clients: AT&T, Apple, & Samsung
• Work with a team of leaders to provide feedback to each other as well as management
• Provide information on products, services, and promotions available
• Attend paid, ongoing professional development in the office with our team
