Marketing Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
Getting to know the mission, vision, and ambitions of the organization.
Providing information about our goods to customers, and merchants.
Developing material for the website and social media to raise brand recognition and attract new consumers.
Developing relationships with consumers and team members.
Tracking customer feedback.
Attending product launches, company events, and company meetings.
Participating in training and workshops, as well as brainstorming ideas.
Keeping the brand’s image positive at all times.
Marketing Representative Requirements:
No prior experience required!
Prior customer service experience is appreciated.
Excellent communication skills.
Outgoing, kind, and accessible personality.
Adaptable and capable of prioritizing tasks.
Some traveling ability (20%)
