Interior Painters- make $21-$26 hr!

We are not your ordinary Paint contractor  

Employers are complaining that there are no good people out there. We are not one of them! We understand that people demand more of their jobs and employers. They want to be involved in the evolution of the business, give feedback and have their thoughts and efforts truly valued. We have a system to help pay you more per hour based on your performance!! There are a lot of pretty bad businesses and employers out there. We're not one of them. Feeling unappreciated right now? Taken for granted? Your work not being recognized? Are things chaotic at your current job? Maybe even laid off???

We hope to have an experienced person but if not, we will promise to offer you a personal, constant and interesting training and development. We know that people are capable of much more than most employers know.

• Personal training in our training facility
• We will assign you a mentor to help your training
• 1 year Apprenticeship program
• Goal Setting and Review meetings to help you create goals, then help you reach them
• Leadership Training: bi-weekly coaching sessions to develop your leadership abilities
