VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AUTO INSURANCE REQUIRED 

We are seeking a part-time facility groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility's outdoor areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping and maintenance, be reliable and efficient, and be able to work independently.

Essential Functions: 

• Perform routine maintenance of facility grounds, including mowing lawns, watering plants, and removing debris.
• Inspect the facility's outdoor areas to identify any potential hazards and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Operate a variety of power tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter months.
• Ensure that all areas are safe and free from hazards, including inspecting for and removing any trash or debris.
• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles such as pickup trucks, stake beds, utility trucks, flatbed trailers, cargo trailers, and semis. 
• Comfortability with pulling trailers 
• Adhere to company work safety policies. 
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time job, with a schedule from Monday to Saturday. We are flexible with your scheduled day off during the week. This position would have overtime opportunities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Possess strong attention to detail
• Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet wrapper. 
• Ability to use basic power tools such as a drill and saw. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• The work is indoors and outdoors and is extremely loud and dusty.
• Ability to lift < 50 pounds repeatedly, walk and stand for long periods of time (consistently for 4+ hours), and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse conditions.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
